Questions the docs don't answer
A bug in the endpoint, a limit you need raised, paperwork for procurement, or an offer you want scoped. Write to a person; a person writes back.
Quick answers
Is the MCP endpoint supported?+
Yes — help@topclozer.com. Send the request and response envelopes you got. If the docs and the endpoint disagree, that is a bug, and we fix whichever one is wrong.
Do you offer a trial?+
Yes, the software includes a 7-day free trial. No card tricks, cancel anytime.
Can you run the outreach for me?+
No. TopClozer sells the agents and the endpoint; nobody here runs your LinkedIn for you. The closest thing on the price list is a hosted seat — one connected account running here under the pacing rails, with a person approving anything irreversible — and seats are arranged by hand today because no payment processor is connected.
What to send us, so the first reply is useful
Most of what reaches this form is one of four things: a question the MCP docs should have answered, a request to raise a limit, procurement asking for paperwork, or someone asking for a hosted seat. All four go faster with specifics. For anything touching the endpoint, paste the request and response envelopes — a JSON-RPC id, the method, the error body if there was one. For anything touching a plan, tell us how many connected accounts you expect and whether you are bringing your own LinkedIn accounts or need them supplied.
Questions we get asked constantly are already written down, and the written answer is more complete than the one an email will give you. What the tools can and cannot do is in the tool reference. Where the LinkedIn accounts come from, and why pointing automation at your own profile is a bad idea, is on accounts for agents. What a connected key is authorized to do, and what is still on the roadmap rather than shipped, is on security with a status label against every line.
If you would rather not talk to anyone, you do not have to. The endpoint answers an unauthenticated GET with its own tool list, every product page states what it installs and what it costs, and pricing is five numbers on one page. Use the form when you want a human in the loop — a bug, an edge case, a contract — and skip it when the docs will do.
